By accessing or using Reclaimer ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Reclaimer provides AI-powered invoice dispute automation tools, including AI-generated dispute letters, automated follow-up scheduling, team collaboration features, analytics, and email integrations. The Service is designed for B2B professionals and companies managing invoice disputes.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1 Plans

We offer multiple subscription plans (Free Trial, Starter, Pro, Agency) with varying feature sets and usage limits. Plan details and pricing are displayed on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with limited features. No credit card is required during the trial period.

4.3 Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as invoiced. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying all fees when due. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4.4 Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate fraudulent dispute letters
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical protections
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity

6. AI-Generated Content

The dispute letters generated by Reclaimer are produced by AI and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any letters generated by the Service. We recommend consulting with a legal professional for complex disputes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and trademarks associated with Reclaimer are our exclusive property. You retain ownership of all data you upload (invoices, contracts). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purposes of providing the Service.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISPUTEFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, LEGALLY SUFFICIENT, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC SITUATION.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reclaimer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period for legal compliance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
